A380 Makes A Splash At Logan

Gliding in over the harbor, the Airbus 380 landed at Logan at 2:20 p.m....

The new Airbus A380, capable of flying more than 450 passengers, made its first landing at Logan Airport on February 8. The plane was carrying cargo for underwater explorations. Several foreign airlines will be using JFK Airport in New York for international arrivals. The plane will only be coming to Boston, if diverted here for weather or other special situations.
